Spec for configuring fault domains and/or stretched cluster in the vSAN cluster.

faultDomains	VimClusterVsanFaultDomainSpec[]	The list of fault domains to be created.
witness*	VimClusterVsanWitnessSpec	The configuration for the witness host. If specified, the faultDomains list should contain exactly two items. An exception is thrown if the requirements are not met.
