This data object is queryable using QueryService.

Cannot filter on the following MachineSummaryView attributes:

• base.operatingSystem
• summaryData.virtualCenter

Query Privileges

Privilege	Description
MACHINE_VIEW	is required to query MachineSummaryView.
GLOBAL_CONFIG_VIEW	is required to query unmanaged Machines that are not in-use.
